From 2003 until the end of 2013, I worked as assistant to the management at Strunk Immobilien GmbH & Co.KG in Cologne. Due to an internal restructuring in December 2013 the real estate administration business was handed over to me.
That's how I founded DLM Immobilienverwaltung in January 2014.
I have more than ten years of extensive experience in the real estate industry. The company I founded offers a comprehensive service based on my experience and the expertise of selected partners. For technical reasons, my husband, Ralf Müsch, helps me a lot. In order to achieve the best possible results for my clients, I work together with other expert and cross-industry experts from the region.
My clients include home and business customers who value professional, personal and quality management and expect more than just average service. At my company owners and tenants are looked after exclusively by me personally.
I am convinced that the satisfaction of my clients is the guarantor of a lasting assurance of my business purpose. Therefore, the satisfaction of my customers is the focus of my activities. I deal with problems and criticisms openly and make you the subject of a common solution strategy. My customers value seriousness and reliability as well as professional handling.
Since the beginning of 2015, I am a member of the VNWI (Verband der Nordrheinwestfälische Immobilienverwalter). Through regular training, I am continuously expanding my knowledge with the aim of always fulfilling the high standards of my clients. This creates mutual trust and is the basis for a good partnership. In 2015, I took part in a further training as a "Real Estate Administrator for Apartment Ownership" with very good results (IHK-Abschluss).
